For those of you who might be interested to either open your own Ink2Go franchise or help us in marketing our business to anyone you know who might be interested, here are the details of our franchise offering.
Franchise Fee is 150K, 50K is payable outright, while the balance may be paid in one year on a monthly installment. Franchise fee covers the trainings that we will provide, the use of our system, which also includes the right to use our trade name, the operations manual, procurement program, support, etc. We will provide support in site selection, business planning, store setup, pre-opening marketing activities, and soft-opening assistance. We will also provide continued support for technical and marketing for the entire duration of the franchise contract.
The franchise contract allows the franchisee to open up to 5 additional satellite outlets (smaller outlets for pick-up/drop-off) within the designated territory (usually 500 meter radius), for an additional cost of only 10K per satellite outlet, giving you the opportunity to expand without having to spend more.
The franchise contract is valid for 5 years, but is renewable afterwards on a yearly basis. As of the moment, we have decided not to charge for renewal fee.
Additional capitalization may be required to pay for the store setup, equipment purchase, supplies purchase, marketing budget, and operational fund. The additional capitalization may be around 150K to 300K, depending on many factors, one of which is the chosen location.
ROI is dependent on the chosen location and potential of the market, but the bottom line is expected to be on the black already by the second month, as per our experience in our Cebu City and Mandaue City branches. Investment is expected to be recovered already by the eight month.
