My sisters and I have been so into small-time food business over the years and I tell you this one would hit this summer, if not, all year round. You can do it as a part-time or full-time business as you like. The recipe is very easy and inexpensive. All we needed to have to start this kind of business was about Php150.00. The income could shoot to 200%. All you need to have at hand is your fridge, your spare 1 or 2 hours, and your market segment: children and adults who like chocolates!

Here are the ingredients:
    1 pack of crushed Graham
    7 pcs. Cream-O or any chocolate-filled cookies
    1 big can of condensada
1 small pack of desiccated coconut
    2 big packs of Nips
Preparation:
    1. Crush the Cream-O cookies until powdery. I suggest that you crush it inside its package or in a big plastic bowl.
    2. Mix well the powdered cookies with crushed Graham crackers. Suggested ratio: 1 pack crushed Graham : 7 crushed Cream-O cookies (Tip: Modify to suit your taste).
    3. Pour in gradually the condensed milk until powder is sticky enough to be molded (Tip: Pour small drops of cooking oil onto palm every now and then so that substance will not stick on your hands).
    4. Mold preparation into ball-like shape with a size of about an inch in its diameter.
    5. Put Nips on the center of the balls, one piece per ball of the Choco Trillon.
    6. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the balls.
    7. Present in small multi-colored paper cups.
    8. Refrigerate to freeze balls.
    Yield: at least 40 balls
    Suggested Retail Price: Php4.00/piece
In your next preparation, use the residue of desiccated coconut and condensed milk. If you plan to get more serious with this, I suggest you buy big volumes of ingredients so that you can save money and time from buying frequently. Invest inexpensively and enjoy! :D
